Allen B.J. PaikAllen has a broad range of business
experience that has encompassed strategic planning, operations
management, private equity investing and investment banking.
Prior to co-founding SeaCap Ventures, Allen was Vice
President, Mergers & Acquisitions at The Prudential Insurance
Company of America where he managed and closed buy and sell side
transactions for the company. Prior to joining Prudential, Allen was
a Vice President at Highland Capital Associates, a private equity
buyout group, in New York City. At Highland, Allen was responsible
for evaluating investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating
transactions and working closely with portfolio companies.
Allen has
also held positions in a division of PepsiCo, Inc. that imported
Stolichnaya vodka into the U.S., in the production operations
department at CBS Inc. and was a management consultant at Booz,
Allen & Hamilton, Inc.
Allen has an MBA from Columbia
University and graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont.
